Shipping Rates

United States

Shipping within the United States is $6.50 USD for the first item, with additional items in the same order shipping at no additional charge.

U.S. orders of $35.00 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Orders are shipped through USPS with tracking.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout, including the products ordered, quantities, shipping address, and contact information.

Customers are also responsible for determining whether the products they purchase are suitable and legal for their intended use and destination.

Seed Germination & Growing Results

We make every reasonable effort to provide quality seed and accurate product information.

However, seed germination and plant performance can be affected by many conditions outside our control, including temperature, moisture, planting depth, growing medium, storage, light, weather, disease, pests, chemicals, growing practices, and other environmental conditions.

For these reasons, Trailing Petunia cannot guarantee specific germination percentages, plant performance, crop yields, flowering results, or growing results after seeds are received and planted, except for any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Growing instructions and information provided on our website, packaging, or other materials are intended as general guidance. Growing conditions vary by location and individual circumstances.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and identify the seeds and products offered for sale.

Photos are intended to represent the variety as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual flower color, plant appearance, growth, and performance may vary because of growing conditions, climate, lighting, soil, photography, display settings, and natural biological variation.

International & Canadian Orders

Customers purchasing products for delivery outside the United States are responsible for determining whether the products may legally be imported into their destination.

The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable:

• Import laws and restrictions
• Seed and agricultural regulations
• Customs requirements
• Quarantine requirements
• Import permits
• Phytosanitary requirements
• Taxes
• Tariffs
• Duties
• Inspection fees
• Brokerage or processing charges
• Other governmental requirements or charges

Trailing Petunia does not guarantee that any particular seed variety or product is eligible for import into Canada or any other country or jurisdiction.

Customers should verify applicable requirements before purchasing.

Customs, Agricultural Inspections & Government Actions

Trailing Petunia has no control over customs agencies, agricultural authorities, quarantine authorities, postal authorities, or other government agencies.

International orders may be inspected, delayed, held, rejected, returned, confiscated, or otherwise restricted by governmental authorities.

Trailing Petunia is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, inspection charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed on an order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Trailing Petunia is also not responsible for delays or other governmental actions that are outside our control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

International Documentation

Unless specifically agreed to by Trailing Petunia in writing, we do not provide, obtain, prepare, or arrange phytosanitary certificates, import permits, customs clearance, agricultural permits, quarantine documentation, export documentation, or other specialized documentation required for international import or export.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine and obtain any documentation required by the destination country.

Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Reshipping

Trailing Petunia fulfills an order by shipping it to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

If a customer has an order delivered to a freight forwarder, fulfillment center, package-forwarding service, reshipping company, export company, friend, relative, agent, or other third party and the merchandise is subsequently forwarded or exported to another country, that subsequent shipment is independent of Trailing Petunia.

The customer and/or the party arranging the subsequent shipment assumes responsibility for determining and complying with applicable export, import, customs, agricultural, quarantine, and documentation requirements.

Delivery to a U.S. freight forwarder, fulfillment center, reshipping company, or other U.S. address does not constitute approval, authorization, representation, or certification by Trailing Petunia that the merchandise is eligible for subsequent export or import.

Trailing Petunia is not responsible for a subsequent third-party international shipment that is delayed, detained, rejected, returned, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise restricted by customs, agricultural, quarantine, postal, or governmental authorities.

No refund, replacement, reimbursement, or credit will be provided solely because a subsequent international shipment encounters customs, import, agricultural, quarantine, documentation, or regulatory problems, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trailing Petunia is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or carrier disruptions, weather, customs actions, agricultural inspections, government restrictions, improper storage, improper planting, unsuitable growing conditions, pests, disease, or misuse of a product.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Acceptance of Shop Terms

By completing a purchase from Trailing Petunia, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable shop policies and understand their responsibilities regarding the products purchased.
