The Poblano pepper is a great variety is great on the grill and makes a good stuff pepper. The Poblano Baron is a F1 variety that is firm when ripe and freezes well also. This pepper is about 1,000 to 2,000 scoville so it is not very hot has a good flavor and mild heat. This pepper gets about 4" to 5" and can get about 2" to 3" wide.
